Work with me
Start with one piece of work that needs to work better.
I’m Kevin Manner. I build AI assistants, workflow automation, and custom tools. Bring a recurring task, an awkward handoff, or an idea you need to test; we’ll agree on a useful next step.

AI assistants
“Could an assistant help with this recurring task?”
Explore an assistant that uses relevant context, works with your tools, or helps with conversations and follow-up. Start with a specific task and examples of what a useful answer or action looks like.
What an initial engagement could produce: A scoped prototype, representative tasks, and a review of its behavior and limits.

Workflow automation
“We keep copying information and chasing handoffs.”
Connect the steps between collecting information, checking it, and putting it where it is needed. Make failures visible and decide where a person should review the result.
What an initial engagement could produce: One connected workflow with agreed checks, a recovery path, and instructions for its operator.

Custom tools
“Our existing software doesn’t fit this job.”
Build a focused internal application around a real process: a structured intake, a shared view of the work, or a tool that turns observations into a plan someone can review.
What an initial engagement could produce: A limited application or pilot with appropriate access, clear acceptance criteria, and an understandable handoff.
See the assessment-tool exampleThe first commitment
A clear scope before a build.
Check the fit.
A first conversation covers the task, current tools, constraints, and who would use the result. Bring a representative example if you have one.
Investigate when needed.
When the path is uncertain, a separately scoped paid investigation can produce a workflow map, feasible options, and a build/no-build recommendation. That result should be useful even if we stop there.
Agree a prototype, pilot, or implementation.
Choose one result we can check with representative examples. Define the users, data, review steps, and what counts as accepted before the work begins.
Hand it over with clear ownership.
Name the operator and document how to use and recover the system. Agree provider costs, future changes, and any ongoing support separately.
A useful starting point
What keeps landing back on your desk?
Tell me what happens today, where it gets stuck, and what a better result would look like. We can work out whether a small change, a focused tool, or an investigation makes sense.
